Terms of Service
1. Provider and acceptance
Nunti is provided by Paweł Kowalczyk (“Nunti”, “we”), contact: info@nunti.app. By creating an account or using Nunti you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Nunti provides personalised, AI-generated audio news digests — a scheduled daily digest and digests on request — in the iOS and Android apps and on the web. Content is produced by AI models from publicly available news sources and may contain inaccuracies or omissions. It is not a substitute for professional news sources.
3. Accounts
• You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. • You are responsible for all activity under your account. • Accounts are personal and may not be transferred.
4. Free trial
New accounts get a free trial with full access — currently 3 days; accounts created with older versions of the app may have a longer trial. No payment details are needed, and the trial does not turn into a paid subscription automatically: when it ends, you need a subscription to keep receiving digests.
5. Subscription and Payments
• Nunti Standard is available with monthly or yearly billing. Current prices are shown on nunti.app/subscribe before you pay. • Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period. • Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it. • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. A new price applies from your first renewal after the notice period, and you can cancel before it takes effect. • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days; to exercise it, write to info@nunti.app.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time in the app under Settings → Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access until then and are not charged again. Deleting your account cancels the subscription immediately and ends access.
7. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it and you keep access for up to 3 days from the start of the unpaid period. After that, access is paused until the payment succeeds; if it cannot be collected, the subscription may be cancelled.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not: • Use the service for unlawful purposes. • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service. • Share, resell, or redistribute generated audio content.
9. Content
AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. Nunti makes no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nunti is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these terms. We will tell you about significant changes in the app or by email before they take effect. If you do not agree with the changes, you can cancel your subscription and delete your account.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes shall be resolved in Polish courts. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence or of your right to bring proceedings there.
