2. Description of Service
Nunti provides personalised AI-generated audio news digests delivered daily. Content is produced by large language models and may contain inaccuracies. It is not a substitute for professional news sources.
3. Accounts
• You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. • You are responsible for all activity under your account. • Accounts are personal and may not be transferred.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not: • Use the service for unlawful purposes. • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service. • Share, resell, or redistribute generated audio content.
5. Subscription and Payments
Nunti offers a free Trial tier and paid Standard/Premium tiers. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Content
AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. Nunti makes no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nunti is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes shall be resolved in Polish courts.
